I’ll be the first to say, SKIP THE GYM….
Here’s why:
Life happens and sometimes duty calls.
That duty is listening to your body. Knowing when
You feel locked out and not locked in. The gym is 1000% the place to go to decompress but sometimes
Your bed is or lobby match with the homies.
Remember we grow outside the gym anyways so a rest day is when you need it does more good than bad.
Think about shooting a bow and arrow (stay with me)
If you pull it back halfway you only get half the force, but if you pull back all the way you get full force. Same with the gym if you’re consistently operating on half the energy you’ll only go so far but if you take a day off pull back all the way you’ll be at 100% the next day and performance is through the roof 🏠
Stay locked in not locked out.

1 year ago I made my Pro Debut and placing 13th out of 19 guys to only come back and compete weeks later at the mile high pro and placed 9th out of 23guys. This showed me the start never defines the finish and WE NOT FINISHED YET.
Can’t wait to touch that stage again, until then we working
