Our annual Beach Yoga Series is back at North Beach, bringing Sunday morning movement to the coast all June long.

Join us for a 45-minute vinyasa flow by the ocean, with fresh air, soft sand, and the kind of reset that feels different from your usual routine.

We’re kicking things off tomorrow in celebration of World Ocean Day with Mary, plus a Seaav pop-up shop and optional cold plunge after class.

Arm balances can feel intimidating until you understand what your body is actually being asked to do. 🧘🏻‍♀️

Join us for Collectively In Flow: Intro to Arm Balances, a 60-minute workshop designed to break down the mechanics behind arm balance postures in a supportive, approachable way.

You’ll start with a yoga flow to prepare the body and build awareness around the key muscle actions needed for arm balances. From there, you’ll move into workshop-style practice with live feedback, hands-on support, and guidance from Senior YOGA Instructor, .lheureux.

Prior yoga experience is recommended, but you do not need to already feel confident in arm balances to join!
