Saturday morning Eskrima in the park. Today we worked on Giron Angle 1 blocks from the old sheet. Then finished with some pinching drills influenced by NCGF and RAT programs.

I got to take the guys to a weekend workshop series with the great Dan Inosanto! This past Saturday we did a Double Stick seminar, and then on Sunday we did a JKD seminar! Was such a blast sharing this with these guys! He was an early graduate of Angel Cabales, he was the first graduate of Leo Giron, and the last appointed assistant instructor of Bruce Lee. Im just a guy who trains in this stuff(not even really that good) but it makes me happy to be able to share these things with these guys!🙏
