Seven Spears Martial Arts is an excellent place to have fun, workout, and to learn a new skill set. I came in a little hesitant at first because I was new to Muay Thai, but was quickly put to ease as Mr Eddie and Miss Stephanie were very patient with me. The people who I train and spar with here are awesome as well always willing to help me improve. Over last few months I have really noticed my progress, and I am excited to see where I will be at in a year. These Instructors really know their stuff.

Our program provides therapeutic riding lessons for individuals with disabilities, including physical, cognitive, and emotional challenges. Seven Spears Martial Arts is located in beautiful Poway, CA teaching kids Karate and Muay Thai kickboxing to kids and adults. We believe strongly in the positive attributes of consistent martial arts training such as discipline, focus, leadership, confidence, health and fitness.
Our kids classes are a combination of fun and challenging, encouraging students to learn and grow in a supportive community. Adult classes develop Muay Thai skills while providing a total body workout and some much needed stress relief!
