The theme for 2023 was to keep moving forward.

If we’d learned anything in the years leading up to this one it’s that things don’t always go as planned…sometimes the world shuts down. Sometimes there’s mice and floods and farms that don’t pan out.

But we truly believe everything has unfolded as it should- at the right time- at its own pace (cause it sure wasn’t ours)

As we close out another year we want to express a heartfelt thank you to all of you for continuing to choose us and supporting us through all the phases of FWRD+.

THANK YOU for yet another wonderful year of moving in a way that feels good! Thank you for showing up when it was cold and dark out.

Thank you for showing up when people took their smoke breaks outside our roll up doors.

Thank you for showing up all those times when we were trying to figure out the music or the lights or the leaks in our new space 🫶

We wouldn’t have wanted to waterski, sweat, meditate, retreat, learn and grow with anyone else. We are proud to have such a strong, loyal community supporting us.

We’re gonna let you in on a little secret: you don’t have to “finish strong”

You don’t have to push and strive and climb some goal mountain you’ve created in your brain in order to deserve to rest at the end of the year.

Guess what: You can just rest.
Guess what else: if you don’t accomplish another goal by the end of 2023…. YOU’RE STILL VALUABLE.

Your worth does not hinge on what you accomplish.

So!

If you feel energized by accomplishing a few things before the years out…wonderful! Get after it! We are cheering you on for honoring what you need this season.

Mantra Monday - take your time

If you’re like us, you’re already starting to feel the stress of the season.

The tightness in your chest when you stare at your to-do list
The panic that there won’t be time to get it all done.
Probably the gnawing reminder that you’re supposed to enjoy this time of merry making not just try to figure out how to get through it.

We want to remind you to take your time.

When the voice in our head starts barking that we won’t be able to get it all done, pause, breathe and remind yourself “I get to enjoy this season too.”

You can take your time. You don’t have to rush.

If you need to be forced to slow down - we have two opportunities for you this week:
