Robert and Emily from kids class built their Quarantine training partners so they can keep working on their Jiu Jitsu! Stay healthy everyone, can’t wait to get back on the mats!

Dear members,

As much as it pains me to do this, we will be following the Health and Safety guidelines set out and be closing effective today March 16th with hopes to reopen next Monday the 23rd. During this time we will be offering video tutorials for in home exercises and fundamentals practice, we will also be repainting the inside of the facility with Sherwin Williams Paint Shield which is a Microbicidal paint that kills 99.9% bacteria upon contact and continuous contact for 2 hours. This will be a preventative measure for future health concerns. For your continued support we will be working on a free seminar to take place once the health concerns have calmed down. Please contact me directly for any questions or concerns.

Thank you all for your support and understanding during this time. We are not here to take something for nothing and will work diligently to make it worth your memberships.

Thank you to the Belgium crew!

This week we welcomed 12 Belgian coaches who are exploring effective models to empower at-risk youth through sports. Through the Program, they visited Poway Jiu Jitsu for some “mat time” with Jeff Gordon Mata to discuss martial arts for people with disabilities.
