Our Georgia Bombers softball family is heartbroken by the passing of Brendy Scarbrough.

Some people come into your life through softball and leave an impact that goes far beyond the field. Brendy was one of those people. Brendy and her sweet daughter Aubree are close friends to some of our Bombers girls. Brendy was such a sweet, kind-hearted person, and we are truly grateful that softball brought our families together.

At just 33 years old, Brendy’s life was taken far too soon after her battle with breast cancer. Our hearts ache for Aubree, Joe, and everyone who knew and loved her.

Softball is so much more than wins, losses, and games. It’s about the friendships, relationships, and families we gain along the way. Brendy will always be a part of our softball family.

Please join us in keeping her family in your thoughts and prayers as they navigate this unimaginable loss. We encourage anyone who is able to support the family through their fundraiser.

Rest easy, Brendy. You will be deeply missed. 🩷

With love,
Georgia Bombers – Newsome 🖤💛

Proud of your hard work MG! Keep grinding kiddo! Go Bombers!

This photo means a lot to us.

These two started training with us back in 2022, in a 2,000-square-foot facility tucked away in the back of an MMA gym. More than five years later, they’re still here, and the strides they’ve made in their development have been tremendous.

I can honestly say there have been very few weeks over the years where they didn’t find a way to get into Peak and put in the work.

Whether or not they ever make it professionally in their respective sports, I have no doubt these two will be successful in life. They’ve developed something that’s becoming increasingly rare: a consistent work ethic.

Proud of how far they’ve come, and even more excited to see where they go from here. ⚡️
