I will be subbing tonight at the Liberty Powell YMCA for Radina at 6:35-come out for a preview of my Unity in Community Zumba Class! We have a couple of songs to wave our native flags proudly on-I have over 25 countries flags-come see if your native country has ever been represented in my previous Unity classes. Music will be from all around the world!

Friday I took a virtual Aqua Jam with Le'Nesha, a Zumba Jammer. My Zumba Bestie, Annika, and I rocked out in her living room, then she brought two of the songs to her AZ class Saturday morning and all of us students (24 strong💪🏼) LOVED them!
I learned a new genre for my AZ classes-Drum Bass it has an amazing punch sequence and core work. I also learned a new belly dance, a merengue and my other favorite was a contemporary christian rhythm. I love being able to share my two great passions in class-Aqua Zumba and the Lord!

Friday afternoon I took my second Aqua Jam in two weeks. Very excited to learn a new rhythm for Aqua Zumba-Drum bass. I also learned a new merengue, belly dance and contemporary christian song. Loved the choreographies! The best thing was getting to do this virtual Jam with my Aqua Zumba bestie, Annika! So fun!
