Here is Betty again. I'm sharing this because I am so proud of her and her progress. She's 90 years old and has been training with me for a year. She just got back from her yearly check up and she has grown 2 inches, "posture improved significantly", flexibility improved by 3 inches on a sit a reach! Family and friends say she hasn't had energy levels like she has now in 30 years, all this improvement with only 2 days a week, love seeing you guys excel!:)

Core day here with Joanne she's killing it with our TRX suspended crossed mountain climbers. Planking is good but planking with a inlcin as you climb mountains is superb. We are here Tightening up lean muscle targeting the infrastructure of the body to strengthen and tone awesomely.


Heres Betty at 90 years old and doing TRX squats. She has shown Great improvement in her mobility through these stretching exercise that fallow straight into flexing almost all muscle groups with easy movements. Age is no excuse.
