Not every ride happens outside.

Sometimes the weather doesn’t cooperate. Sometimes the schedule doesn’t. Sometimes getting the miles in means riding indoors.

The work still gets done.

That’s part of what I mean when I talk about consistency. If I’m going to represent a business, I want that representation to come from actually being involved in what I’m doing, not just showing up when there’s a good picture to take.

That’s the kind of partnership I’m looking to build with local businesses.

Good day on the bike.

The weather cooperated, the legs mostly cooperated, and I got the miles in.

One of the best parts of coming back to this ride each year is seeing familiar faces.

I was glad to see Trooper Cameron Ponder’s mother again this year and have the chance to stand with her in front of the memorial honoring her son.

The miles are one part of the ride. The people and the reason behind it are another.

I’m glad I got to be back here this year.

I finally have one place to keep all of this together.

The rides. The events. Photos and video. Where I've been, what's coming next, and whatever happens between the two.

Social media isn't going anywhere. This just gives me somewhere to keep the whole story instead of scattering it across a bunch of posts.

The weather’s finally cooling down, which makes the miles a lot more manageable.

Next weekend is the Cameron Ponder Memorial Ride. This one means a little more to me since it honors a fallen law enforcement officer.

Looking forward to showing up and putting in the work.
