One of the lessons we talk about as a team is that there are always things we can't control. We can't control injuries. We can't control the weather. We can't control who lines up in the other dugout.

Thanks to an incredible session with Achieve Performance Psychology, our players learned valuable tools for:
โ Handling failure and mistakes
โ Managing pressure and expectations
โ Maintaining focus before and during competition
โ Building confidence and resilience
โ Developing a positive mindset
In sports, failure is guaranteed. Every athlete will strike out, make errors, lose games, and face adversity. The athletes who grow the most aren't the ones who never fail. They're the ones who learn how to respond when they do.
