Serena’s Emotional Xpression class exudes a new mood every month. Why? Because we are not just all one emotion. Pole dancing often encapsulates sexy, sensual, and provocative moods…moods that are absolutely essential, fun, and worth exploring. Serena’s class takes you through a journey of embodying these emotions plus some…we not only explore sensuality and powerful sexiness, we explore more tricky or vulnerable emotions to express in a pole setting such as joy, mischief, sadness, contemplation, whimsy, hope, and divine rage.

We explore these things in Serena’s class not just to challenge ourselves, but to tap into our humanity through movement and embodiment. We’re absolutely loving it so far! Serena can’t wait to share the rest of this year’s moods!!!

August explores the powerful sexiness, confidence, and unapologetic boss energy through the mood “Boss Bitch”.

September will whirl us around into another dimension of whimsy, ethereal imagining, and weirdness that is just so much fun to flow to with our “Ethereal Experience” mood.

October, we will be fully embracing our spooky selves during Halloween season (our fav!) but with a twist: we’re gonna be total BRATS, Harley Quinn style, with the mood “Bratty, Catty, and Batty.”

November will be a time to slow down with the seasons…as nature sheds its last bits of life, we will also learn how to release, rest, and settle into emotions maybe more vulnerable with “Restful Releasing.”

December will finally wrap classes up for the year of 2026 with the glimmer of hope and looking towards a better future. Hope is the theme of the season, no matter what or who you celebrate. “Harvesting Hope” will be our mood.

Serena hopes to see at least some of you in classes, and she hopes those of you who explore one or more flavor of mood will find the same joy of experiencing Emotional Xpresssion that Serena does!

After 11 years in business, and as we prepare to move into a bigger, better space, it felt like the right time for our brand to evolve.
