Even though registration for regular Zumba closed.... there still room on this one (I'm sorry this is not true for Aqua Zumba)

Drop-ins are welcome at Central gym Tuesday and Thursday at 6:00 p.m. for regular Zumba.

$5 per class (exact change,cash or electronic payment)

Session starts Tuesday Sept 15.
(every Tuesday and Thursday for 8 weeks)

Are you ready to dance like nobody's watching? Zumba Fitness at Central gym is for you. All classes can be modified to do at a higher intensity or a smaller movement or even in a chair.

Wear comfortable clothes and comfortable shoes.

There will be dancing .

There will be silliness.

There will be occasional crazy (accidental) solos where I go the wrong direction .

There will be singing.

There will be shimmying and shaking.

Bring a mat for the free add-on 12 minute Mobility section at the end CIRCL©.... handweights will be provided.

If you haven't already registered for this class you'll have to do a "drop in"

But don't worry it's the same price - it's $5 a class. Bring cash (exact change) or pay me by venmo or PayPal.

I will try to post a waiver in the comments that you can print it out sign, and bring it with you to the first class and then you won't need to do it again.
