Titanium and stainless steel job from a couple weeks ago.

Made this little custom intake manifold for a customer.
Started by scanning the original intake manifold.
Designed the fl**ges and tooling in CAD.
3d printed some fl**ges to confirm fitment.
3d printed some tooling for assembly.
Sent the files of the fl**ged and tooling to be cut and then put it all together.

I machined the injector ports and fuel rail ports to accept his current injectors + IAT b**g.

Ps it’s a for a Honda kei car engine. Super random and unique!

Variety keeps it interesting!

Got the chance to work on not one but two G bodies in the span of about a week! Both LS swapped!

Quick down pipe and side exit exhaust. Re did the upper charge piping. Customer will be back for the wastegate dump also.

Little intake for LSA swapped G-Body. Been working with a lot of old schools lately!

Intake and air filter placed where customer wanted it.

I’m just here to make your ideas come true. Even got to make a 4-6 inch adapter with the 3D printer.

Haven’t been posting much. Still here, just lurking in shadows.

Here’s a dual exhaust with a x pipe and some vibrant mufflers for Mercury Cougar. Thankful to have been part of this build!
