This Saturday September 24th starting at 9am. LegitFitNYC will be hosting its first open house. This gives people around the community and Queens in general the opportunity to tour the gym, ask questions, understand our mission, and get a feel for the environment as you get to meet a few of the trainers. .dan________ starting off his early morning client with a chest/Tricep day.

Low pulley cable chest fly’s were one of the several chest exercises. This exercise is used to build strength in the inner and upper part of the chest as the primary muscles while also bringing focus to the anterior deltoid as the second muscle.

Nothing more exciting than a client getting ready to start a fitness journey.

Technique is the first key to unlocking efficient movement!!!

Learn! Control! Load! Explode!

The client in this video is Myriam and she is 61 years young. Her technique must be spot on since her probability of injury is higher.

This tells us that regardless of age, all movement needs to be done with correct form because any slight deviation will lead to a slight increase in injury probability.

Form and technique is specific to the individual. If you need help with your movements and techniques in any exercise, schedule an in-person consultation with me and I’ll get you right. It is never too late to start your journey!!! πŸ’ͺ🏽
