And then on Sunday we did it again!
College Point 7 - Roslyn 4: College Point's puck moving skills were on full display as they took a 5-0 lead in the first 15 minutes of this one. However, Roslyn was able to hang in the game thanks to the patience of Jack Meyer and two goals from Noah Janowitz. The five goal deficit was too much in the end as College Point hung on. Dom Bizzarro and Nick DiVittorio finished with five and four points respectively.
JV Sunday 3/24
Bellmore-Merrick 8 - POB / JFK 2: Donovan Butler broke a 2-2 tie in the beginning of the second half, and Bellmore also got some much needed secondary scoring from Robert Laino (first of the season), Max Adelstein and Luke Tepfer.
Plainedge 8 - Farmingdale 1: Six different goal scorers got on the scoresheet for Plainedge. Luke and Colin Hite finished the game with a total of seven assists.
Roslyn 6 - Smithtown 1: Jordan Gross's three points got Roslyn back into the win column, and Dylan Krpata stepped into the Roslyn goal (and three others) in his marathon day with 10 saves. Jason Bergenfield was the Smithtown goal scorer.

According to Robby Glantz—a former NHL power skating coach—roller hockey is probably the most effective off-ice cross training tool for players to keep their leg and hip muscles in shape.
Don't believe him? Maybe Connor Bedard, this year's #1 overall pick in the NHL can convince you.
