On Wednesday, September 11th our leadership team and Club teams participated in our 5K run/walk + stair climb alongside members in support of the Tunnel to Towers Foundation. It was such a tremendous and meaningful day honoring our first responders and the mission of the Tunnel to Towers Foundation.
Our team members, who were led by our CEO, traveled club to club to complete the challenge and honor a great cause. Thanks to you, our awesome members, for showing up and donating to this important fundraiser. Stretch your quads! It is a common to stretch these muscles as part of a warmup or cool down, especially for lower-body workout routines as well as cycling, running, and yoga.
Hold the stretch for at least 30 seconds on each leg and deepen the stretch slowly and carefully. Avoid stretching beyond your normal range of motion.
