Having trouble with power loss climbing hills? New, lightweight rollers will definitely help. Sliders are even better and don’t wear as fast. Try a mix of both for ultimate climbing ability.

If you have installed a big bore kit on a 50cc two stroke minerelli engine and have experienced soft seizing when it reaches operating temperature stop guessing and take the engine apart! The piston rings are too long and are running into themselves when they get hot causing seizing. They must be filed to spec!

For those of you located over seas from the USA, I can only offer DIY advice. Mobile mechanic service is limited to my area of operation only.

Changing from 7.5 rollers to 5.0 gram rollers. Bike didn't like it so I tried 7 gram sliders. I like them better because they run at a lower rpm.

My friend got new shoes today on his Kymco! Mr Moped installed them and painted the wheels.

Kimco agilty 50cc derestriction process requires a little more than most other brands. Before you start, get a new variator boss that is smooth not notched and replace it. Replace the rollers with 8.5gram rollers or sliders and replace the belt if it has gotten thin or has more than 8000kilometers. Top speed increases from 27mph to 42, gps confirmed.
