LEGACY showed out, and we showed out hard!
First off, I’d like to thank , and for hosting an excellent meet for us. You all really gave these first time meet competitors a good impression of of and competitive powerlifting.
Special thanks to , , , and Becca for the unrelenting support you have given me and these athletes to ensure their success in training and in meet day.
To my athletes, you have done me, Legacy, and most importantly, YOURSELVES proud.
As a team they went 34/36 only dropping 2 lifts for the entire day!
With it being their first meet they didn’t have any meet records to beat, but they did crush a total of 9 nasty all-time personal records!
As a team, they took home a total of 7 medals:
Tori ()
60KG Teen🥇| Open🥉
Sydney ()
75KG Junior🥉| Open🥈
Anson (.lifts)
82.5KG Teen🥇/ Open🥈
Sam ()
100KG Open🥇
I can’t stress enough how proud I am of every single one of you. I’ve seen you put in the hours, I’ve seen the sweat, and I’ve seen the days where it felt like it was never going to get better. You all trusted the process, and you were rewarded big time!
You all created waves in the lifting community last Saturday, and It’s all up from here!
Special thanks to for dropping 🔥 on the mic, and gassing us all up! (It makes a HUGE impact)

Vacations are meant to be fun worrying about your macros and calorie intake sort of take away from your experience.
But hey that’s just my personal opinion.
If you’re choosing to minimize the impact of your vacation you can try some of these actual tips:
🎯 find a room with a fridge and a microwave at least.
🎯 bring non perishable food items, plates, and cutlery (ie. Tuna, ready rice, almonds, protein bars)
🎯 1-3 drinks per night (don’t get blacked out)
🎯 walk, A LOT (swim if you’re at the beach)
🎯 drink tons of water throughout the day
🎯 make sure every meal has a source of protein.
🎯 don’t let the weight fluctuations on the scale discourage you.
🎯 don’t feel guilty for having a good time, and just get back on track.
