🌟 Are you ready to transform your life? 🌟

I wasn’t prepared, but I had to be! A lot was going on, and I felt like the ground was spinning beneath my feet 🤯 Personal issues, health problems – all at once thrown onto my back during what I thought was a very positive period of my life… I hit rock bottom. I wasn’t in the mood for working out, being around people, or even eating… everything was pretty much falling apart…

I had to adapt, to react… My thoughts turned to the people around me who need me. I couldn’t afford to let them down. So, I did the only thing I know how to do… I FOUGHT!!!!!

Change is the key to growth! 🌱 It’s time to evolve and show my true self. I won’t just talk about fitness, but also about my passions and the things I love! 🎨❤️

Balance… balance is everything! Balance in your life, balance in your work, balance in your body & exercise. In this chaotic world is very easy to lose track of what’s important what things to prioritize. For this reason everyone should take some time alone, away from the noise. Relax, rest and reset yourself, find your inner peace and balance. You will be able to start stronger, be more productive, you’ll become a better version of yourself and, in the end of the day, you’ll be happier with the person you see in the mirror.

Last day of school… still remembering my mom sitting with me hours and hours from the very beginning. Just now,as an adult and parent, I truly understand her sacrifices, sweat and tears that helped me become the man I am today. Hopefully I’ll manage to get the job done as she did 🤞🏼

Bulck Vs Cut

In my work, I always lean towards clean bulking. I’ve never seen the logic of gaining a bunch of unnecessary weight (aka body fat) and then struggling to cut when the time comes.
For experienced subjects, a gain of around 1kg (2lbs) of muscle mass yearly is a reasonable result, whereas beginner’s could gain more
