So sad to learn of Steve Stephenson's death. We loved having him officiate the Challenger games. He always knew every player's name by the end of the game, and made it such a fun experience for everyone. Our thoughts are with his family and friends.

Longtime Triangle area high school referee Steve Stephenson dies Steve Stephenson, a longtime official in the Triangle area for the N.C. High School Athletic Association, died on Saturday at the age of 74.
