The pic on the left was from October of 2022. I lost myself and was borderline hating the transition in my life. The pic on the right is from May 2023. I’m happier than I have been in a long time, living out my dream of being a mom, working in tech, and experiencing a work life balance. Life is absolutely amazing! And I know there is more to come! Your happiness will reflect in how you take care of yourself!

Your health is your lifeline! Don’t forget it!

I’ve been on a little bit of a journey. And it’s been great! It’s not about the weightloss this time, but I’m on a journey to be my best strength and conditioning self. Work hard, eat smart, and sleep well. If you don’t put yourself first, nobody else will. You deserve to love you!

15 years ago this young beauty made me a mom for the second time! I always tell people, she was my way baby. Loved music from the first day she was born, sitting her head up one day after birth Ready for the world. She’s the most beautiful and genuine person I’ve ever met. She’s also very feisty, witty, social and smart! I love her to pieces and wouldn’t trade her for the world.

The .academy Tough Tiger was a hit yesterday at Spring Fling! I had the pleasure of working with Trinity’s amazing staff to put together an obstacle course for families to do together! Such a blast and grateful to be a part of such a great event! Congratulations to all of the finishers who earned their medal! And a huge thank you to the Trinity staff for putting together another phenomenal Spring Fling event!

Life is just a full cycle. You work. You rest. You work. Maybe smile in between. My hope for myself and you is that you enjoy a little bit of the journey and make yourself happy.

Finally getting this mid-section down to some control. Control the controllable. Exercise daily. Eat healthy. Sleep well.
