A sedentary lifestyle is one of the biggest causes of developing a chronic health condition, but roughly 3 in 4 adults and more than 80% of adolescents do not meet recommended physical activity guidelines. Regardless of whether someone has a chronic disease, getting active can go a long way toward improving health and quality of life (U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, 2018). The Healthy People 2020 initiative from the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (2014) and similar programs around the globe have been diligently working to change that statistic by partnering with legislators and government institutions to provide the public with more access to activity-friendly environments, such as parks, bike lanes, and walking trails so people can get more active.

My creative juices are flowing- does it happen to you? -i have built myself to be a morning person ( wasn’t easy ) but this new season really has me brain storming , planning , creating new ideas late at night 🧠 —THROWBACK TO JULY ⏮ for our once a year extravaganza event. thinking back how OPEN and receptive I was for taking in this incredible opportunity 2 years ago! learning HOW - TO work through WiFi 🌍 & now managing my own nutrition spot where I can directly contact & meet new people on the daily. my heart is full b/c my WHY , has expanded from me to now me helping others.

Back in August I told myself I was going to stop using any heat because of how damaged my hair was 😣 in the process of creating healthier habits I did not notice that taking in all my vitamins would make such a difference so you know ya girl is happy 💁🏽‍♀️
