I saw a story on NBC News about the sportmanship that the Athletes at the Olympic Games are showing towards each other Friday night. Members of opposite teams consoling members of the losing team, athletes inviting others to stand on the podium with them (sharing their limelight), Gymnasts cheering their competitors on while they're doing their routines and now this........We should all strive to be more like these athletes.

Don't be fooled by that sweet face. While doing Yoga tonight my hair was swatted at, my finger nail was bit and my favorite was when laying down in chavansa I felt pain ripping through my toe. Daniel's little cherub had my big toe in his clutches. 😳. Needless to say it wasn't the most peaceful Yoga experience.....I did laugh a lot so I guess it was still good for me

He's been the perfect house guest . No issues, quiet (except when he snores or humps a dog at the park) . I had to return him to his family today. 😭. The 👑 has left the building.

What I like about meal prepping and what I don't.😂😂 . It's the only time I miss having a dishwasher. It was a lot of hard work but we've got healthy meals ready to go for the week.

Happy anniversary my 💕. I can't believe we're not celebrating together. I was laughing this morning remembering how you had to talk me into wearing a dress to our wedding. 😂😂. I only did it because it would make you happy. Lord knows how I hate to wear dresses.
Sigh 11 years isn't enough time. We were supposed to grow old together.

This is a coach from the test group for the new program that I'm starting next week. Those results are crazy. I can't wait to start it.
