With my Personal Training back ground, I will also teach the fundamentals of Strengthening your Core body with various exercises and techniques! Your lower Body has to be Strong and Balanced to be able to properly Roller Skate, which ultimately benefits you for Skating on 4 Wheels!

If the snow/ice had you sitting more than usual, you may be feeling it right nowโ€ฆ
stiff back, tight hips, low energy, heavy legs, and just โ€œoffโ€ in your body.

Let me tell you something as a personal trainer:
You donโ€™t need a perfect workout today.
You need intentional movement to wake your body back up. ๐Ÿ–ค

Hereโ€™s a simple 10โ€“15 minute reset you can do at home:

โœ… Warm Up (2 minutes)
๐Ÿšถ๐Ÿฝโ€โ™€๏ธ March in place โ€“ 1 minute
๐Ÿง˜๐Ÿฝโ€โ™€๏ธ Deep breathing + shoulder rolls โ€“ 1 minute

โœ… Full Body Reset (Repeat 2โ€“3 rounds)
๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿฝ 10 squats (or sit-to-stands from a chair)
๐Ÿ”ฅ 10 wall/counter push-ups
๐Ÿƒ๐Ÿฝโ€โ™€๏ธ 20 step-backs (10 each leg)
๐Ÿ‘ 15 glute bridges (on the floor)
๐Ÿง๐Ÿฝโ€โ™€๏ธ 30-second plank (or wall plank)

Finish with a slow stretch and breathe. โœ”๏ธ
