First time at had to bust out a little 16lb PR 💪
Was going for an RPE9 last set, and wasn’t expecting to PR but it was there. 5 weeks out and feeling pretty good about how things are moving cooking fr 🫡

When we started, was on super LOW calories, intense workouts, and still wasn’t seeing results.
So we simplified everything 👀
We focused on:
–8-10k steps
– Raising his calories so he can actually feel good while losing weight
– 4-5 Days of strength training
No extremes.
No cutting everything out.
Just consistency 🏆
The Result:
⬇️ 50 lbs
⬇️ Atleast 1.5 shirt sizes down
⬆️ Strength and Confidence with movements
This is what happens when you lock in, and follow a SUSTAINABLE approach to a lifestyle change, and we’re still NOT DONE 🤝😎

🎒Here’s what I learned from failing today:
1️⃣FOLLOW THE PROGRAM TO A T. Specially in some sort of competition prep. I do this really well 99.9% of the time and this is what happens when I don’t lol. 😭
2️⃣OFF DAYS HAPPEN and that’s okay. Even with a perfect set up, good sleep, pre workout and food just like any other day, I was just a little more tired than usual. The real key is to not just skip the day or not finish because the first thing didn’t go well, just push through and do your best. 🫡
Consistency is key, if you can stay consistent you’re already winning. 🏆
