Huge congrats to two of our amazing trainers Khris Francis and Howie Patterson for completing the 5k this weekend with ๐ฐ๐
Huge shout out to Howie who ran an impressive 20:29 time finishing first in his age group! He ran at a 6:36 mile pace. Truly impressive. ๐๐ผ๐ฅ
Khris now has ran two 5k races this fall, 2 more than he has ever done before. Way to go Khris! ๐๐พโโ๏ธ๐จ
