MABA: DO YOUR BURPEES!
12/31/2025
A 45-DAY CHALLENGE TO REBOOT YOUR BODY, MIND, AND BROTHERHOOD.
All right, let’s do this. We’re already gonna be doing the MABA and this has a component that ties right into that. I think this challenge can be a great way to get some of us motivated and even better can be a great recruitment tool for our F3 chapters. This is a 45 day challenge. It begins on January 5 of 2026. I’m gonna post some of the links so you can learn more about it and register to do this. It is completely free of charge, but it does require you to input a credit card, download an app and register. Let’s see some hard commits in the comment section.
I have already went through the registration process so if you have any questions reach out to me.
I found out about this challenge through this F3 Circle of Trust podcast video for December 2025:

Gentlemen, it is time for us to make America Burpee again (MABA). This is the challenge that is done every January throughout F3. The goal is 100 Burpee‘s per day for the month of January. Log into the site and sign up for this year‘s challenge and they will walk you through how to log your burpees. This is a great way to undo some of the holiday damage. Let’s see some hard commits in the comments.

Weight enhancements: For each exercise, any additional weight can be added to the score for a 1-time weight enhancement, so long as a minimum of 10 reps with the same weight were completed. For example:
• If you do 20 deadlifts with 100lb of weight, your score for the exercise would be 120. That’s 1 point per deadlift +100 points for the weight.
• If you ruck 3 miles with a 40lb load, your score for the exercise would be 340. That’s 100 points/mile +40 points for the added weight.
• If you complete 50 man-makers with a pair of 25lb dumbbells, first off, NICE! Secondly, you would score 300 points. 5 points per man-maker and an additional 50 points for the weight.
• If you deadlift 1000 pounds for one rep, you may not turn in a score of 1001. You have impressed us but your shenanigans will not be awarded points.
WILD-CARD-WEDNESDAY: Every Wednesday there will be an additional component for announced and participants can earn additional points for their team.
Recovery Day: To remove the pressure of competition, Sundays are a recovery day. You can still exercise, but it is not scored. This allows a day of rest for those who need it. There is no rest for sending encouragement/discouragement in preparation for the week to come.
