Greeting and welcome to the modern Middle Ages.

We are the Shire of Schattentors Armored Combat group, and we specialize in full contact armored combat inspired by the history of the Middle Ages.

If you love history, swords, martial arts and company of good people then we are the group for you.

We are looking for recruits to join our merry band of fighters and learn the art of the sword and shield, great swords, polearms and spears.

We can teach you how to use a sword to fight in one-on-one battles and as part of team on a large battlefield.

All training is free and we have gear you can borrow while you figure out is this amazing hobby is for you.

During the nice times of year we will be practicing in Founders Park on Sundays starting at 2:00.
