Job Description
D&B Property Management is seeking motivated, dependable individuals to join our landscaping team. This position involves hands-on outdoor work maintaining and improving residential, commercial, and athletic fields. If you enjoy working outside and take pride in quality work, we’d love to hear from you.

Responsibilities
- Mowing, edging, and trimming lawns & common areas
- Mulching, planting, and maintaining garden beds
- Spring and fall cleanups
- Athletic field maintenance (mowing, lining/striping, field prep, repairs)
- Operating landscaping equipment (mowers, trimmers, blowers, line stripers, skid steers, towing a trailer, etc.)
- Loading/unloading materials and keeping job sites clean
- Following safety procedures and company standards

Qualifications
- Landscaping or athletic field maintenance experience preferred (not required)
- Ability to work in various weather conditions
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor
- Reliable transportation
- Valid driver’s license is a plus
