Today is day 1 no Gluten! I am not doing this because it's a trend, I have many health issues that could all be related to gluten intolerance. Fibromyalgia, arthritis, muscular pain, headaches & tummy aches. I've wanted to try for months but did not have the strength to cut out breads, pastas & crackers! Let's see how long I can keep it up!
