Oh, thank you, dear friends of Hope Ranch, for your incredible generosity! Because of your kindness, the school has been blessed with new playground equipment, desks, and sleeping mats. This was all made possible through Giving Tuesday, and we are so deeply grateful.

Your ongoing support helps sustain the school each month, as well as the children’s home and outreach project in Colombia, and the equine ministry for children here in Montana.

When we look back at everything Hope Ranch has been able to do this year, one thing is unmistakably clear: none of it would have happened without you. Our donors and volunteers are the heroes of this story. You show up, you give, you serve, and because of that, lives are being changed in ways we could never accomplish on our own. There are days at Hope Ranch that we have as many volunteers as we do children visiting - that is simply amazing!!! Thank you all for giving of yourself!

One thing we needed to do differently this summer before training, was to get to know each other on a deeper level. To get out of our comfort zone, do hard things, for some it was new things, but we needed to do the hard and show each other encouragement so we could really see what the kids face each day. It needed to be a team engagement activity, and it needed to be a ways out of town. Thanks to @hoperanchinternational_ we were able to achieve this! They invited our whole staff team out to the ranch we take kids each week, of every summer, to hike, cook hot dogs over a camp fire and to ride horses!I’ll tell you, I think this was the start of a new tradition for training! It gives us a break from actual lecture training, to going out and being ourselves, relaxing and communicating! To sit back and watch our team interact, engage, encourage each… was everything I had hoped for in a staff retreat! We always say, it’s the small things in life, that amount to big things later on! This was exactly that! This summer has been wonderful, and the team we have is not like any we have had in the past! Investing in your people gives you a great return! We are so grateful to be doing God’s work, but we are also overjoyed by opportunities he has given us to become a stronger team this past year!We cannot thank @hoperanchinternational_ for the opportunities they are giving to our kids, and now our staff! The work they do is absolutely amazing, and we are so grateful to be able to be a sliver of their gift!
