Thank you Local Champions for helping us do what we do. Today was a fun kick off to a packed weekend!

A few things to be aware of and that you can do to help:

⭐️If you need to scratch, please let us know early so we can offer your spot to waitlisted riders
⭐️Upon arriving, pick up numbers at the office next to the jumper ingate
⭐️Check in at your Ingate and put yourself in the order of go with as many trips as you plan to do
‼️Please be on time! We cannot hold the ring. If you have multiple horses in a class, please arrange enough ground crew to have your horses up at the rings
⭐️Again, as a courtesy to horses shipping in and standing on trailers, we will not hold the ring for late comers.
‼️Keep an eye on RingRadar schedule, as we do update times throughout the day
⭐️All adds need to be in by 4pm the day before

Dear Local Champions 🏆
Our rings are nearing their full capacity of trips per day, especially on Friday.
If you happen to receive an error message when you try enter saying that maximum trips per day has been reached, this means that one or more of the rings/days you are trying to enter is full.

If you’d like to be on the waitlist, email [email protected] with the horse name, rider name, and classes you’d like to do.

Disclaimer: The online entries do run in a first come first served manner. If someone scratches, those trips open up and become available to the next person who tries to enter. We try our best to get the waitlist in, however if someone snatches the available trips up before we see it, that is their lucky day 🍀

Dear Local Champions,
The Hunter Ring will be open for hacking Thursday morning 9:00-12:00
In order to hack, you MUST pre-register via email to [email protected] with the correct horse AND rider names.
All waivers and coggins MUST be signed and received prior to hacking.

⚕️Upload your coggins to RingRadar, saved for future events until your coggins expires. If you are having trouble uploading, email your coggins to [email protected] or have your EquiTrace QR code ready to be scanned at checkin.
✍️sign ALL waivers and health declarations that are emailed from RingRadar: all riders, owners, & trainers. If you are not entered, but are riding a horse on property or warming one up for someone, please see personell at the office to sign a waiver before getting on.

📵no cellphone use when on a horse
🚷no roaming around. Please only use rings and areas occupied by LCT. Info on what areas are included in the playground are in our Prize List Vendor page.
