Beyond the Mat is taking a turn. Since the fire decided that we no longer needed a physical location we're starting over new with in home practice!

For those of you that are not in California or don't know yet, this was my home and Beyond the Mat yoga. I had 2 other homes I lived at burn down straight into the ground because of this fire. So please don't expect much from this page for awhile. I have lots of healing to do, I have a lot of life to figure out. Happy to be alive and to be safe. Keep Redding and everyone affected by Carr fire in your thoughts and prayers. We need it so badly.

As much as I'm enjoying wearing shorts and a t-shirt I'd love to also be having gloomy cold days again....🌧🌬
Anyways here's just a super regular yoga flow, still love how good it makes my hips feels though🤤

Also thanks to the boyfriend for letting my borrow his clothes to flow in🙏🏼 I think maybe that's why this is the longest handstand I've ever held... hmmm🤔
