At the World Equestrian Games in Aachen, Germany!! Today the GP started, which will decide the nations medals and individual qualification to compete in the GP Special and Freestyle for the individual medals. Amazing first day of competition. We watched the warm up and had quite a few celebrity sightings, ran into the Boss lady Christine, shopped, ate, took a nap and watched some more. We had a full program from 8am - 11pm 😎🇩🇪🦄🦄 Tomorrow we do it all again…

Bello Acres Dressage Festival 1 & 2 show report.

Lauren & Soleil kicked butt at Dressage Equitation by winning the class with 83%. They also competed at 2-1 for the first time since they are qualified for Training Level and received valuable direction from the judges on what to focus on in the coming weeks to make it even better. Solid first attempt at Second level.😍😍

Vanessa & Wes keep making improvements on their 4-1 test riding. They earned two 8s on what used to be their major hiccups - A.) the medium trot diagonal with the 6-7 collected steps over x and B.) the canter to trot transition at the end of the canter tour 😎😎 So proud!! Their hard work is paying off. They won their class both days with a solid score.

Danika & Holland Estate's Fleur were rocking the house by being the JR/YR High Point Champion both days with a 72.4% and 68% at Training 3!! They are officially qualified for regional champs in October.💪💪

Siggi & Suzanne Hudson's Maravilha SS placed 2nd place at 3-3 both days with 64.7 & 66.7%. We are so proud of Mara's overall development and how far she has come since her severe foot injury from a freak stall accident almost 2 years ago, which had her rehab for about a year at Pegasus. She made a full recovery in December 2025 and then made her show debut at First Level in March 2026, then bumped up to Second Level in May and now is fully qualified for First, Second and Third level in one season. So excited for the future.

We would like to thank the Bello Acres Crew, show management, judges and volunteers for making the show a very fun comeback to the show grounds after a 5-year break. Also, thank you to our spouses, families, friends and barn mates for your support & Cavallis crew to keep ponies going at home!! We couldn't do any of this without you!! It is very much appreciated!!

Coach Siggi was invited to ride at the David Blake and Rebecca Rigdon clinic hosted by Off Broadway Farm in Snohomish. Team Cavallis had a chance to audit, and it was a very well run, welcoming learning experience for all. Thank you for hosting and sharing these talented clinicians with us. We took a couple of pictures of friends/colleagues and their pretty ponies.

2nd day was also spot on. Vanessa & Wes won their class at 4-1 again with 63.9%. The score was a touch lower than yesterday curtesy of a big spook but they recovered nicely and earned an 8 on their final centerline. Lauren & Soleil rocked their T-3 class with 70.8% earning the blue ribbon of the AA division. Danika & HE’s Fleur had some miscommunication in the right lead canter to the tune of scoring a couple of 3’s but the remainder was great earning them 64% and 1st place of their T-3 JR/YR division.
Coach Siggi tried to bring her A-Game to earn a spot in the winners circle with Suzanne’s Maravilha SS at 3-3 but was 0.5% short due scoring a 4 on a miscommunication in a flying change. The remainder was solid, earning 68.3% and second place.
The really cool part is that all 4 riders earned a 8 on their centerline today. It was a reoccurring theme in our lessons and it paid off 💪💪💪 Well done, Team!! 👏🥳
