✨I have often spoken about the living-ness of a piece of art. ✨A vibration that remains long after it is created. When we respond deeply to a piece of art, there is a heart opening, a heart conversation between ourselves and the art itself..
✨As the artist, I too, come to know the life of a work and my heart overflows when I can share in the conversation a viewer has with the heart of a piece.
✨I’ve been basking in the joy of this piece, “Sisters” finding it’s forever home with the amazingly talented, warm and wonderful songstress and friend, Kat Heart! Thank you🙏🏼 (Check her out, she’s amazing!!)

Crazy thing is this; I created this painting in 2018 (ish) as part of a Girls Night Out event in support of violence free domestic relationships and in the spirit of sisterhood.
As Kat and I were discussing our passion in bringing women together and supporting growth and healing, I “happened to” be moving canvases out of my studio and shared it with her

✨✨ Her heart and the heart of the painting had a sweet conversation and…. The rest is history!!
I like to believe, history in the making!!😉

Overjoyed to see this piece find it’s forever home and to have the privledge of hearing the story of the sweet person that responded to it! 🖤✨✨

A Sigil is a symbolic representation of a desired outcome.
Be led in the art ritual of sigil making as a personal creative practice! We will be working with ink and watercolor, session will include a guided meditation and prompted writing.
