We are more than a gym and fitness center, we are also here to support your mental and emotional health. 🌱

Stepparenting is incredibly challenging at times and can elicit a sense of isolation. On the first Thursday of each month we get together to provide support and strategies for stepparents. Things can feel just a little bit better when you know you’re not alone. 🫶

💵 This is a donations based group.

Your facilitators:
Sophie Moeller - A Certified L1 Precision Nutrition Health Coach & experienced stepparent. She brings her experience as a stepparent and as an integral part of the recovery community to her warm, validating and supportive approach in this group.

Alyssa Ybarra, MFT, LADC - She brings her experience as a marriage and family therapist into this group to provide support, perspective, and strategies to each member.

It’s finally time to try out Elysium. 🤩

Take a tour, try the gym, and hang out!

Mat Pilates has already filled up, but there are still spots available for 2 Whole Body Strength classes. If you want to get a good guided workout in, or you want to gain confidence in a gym space, these classes are perfect to try.

🚨 If you’ve been thinking of trying out Elysium, this Saturday, February 7th, is the perfect time!

All Saturday classes on our website or app are complimentary. You just need to click “book” and your spot will be reserved! Walk-ins are also welcome on Saturday if spots are still available. 🎉
