"Is this like acupuncture for horses?"

The philosophy of Chinese medicine is utilized. For example, we create many of our treatment regimens based on the flow of energy in the body. However, there are no needles used for treatment. We use electrodes placed on high conductive points on the horses body. Thru these electrodes, the Acuscope instrument sends a very low electrical charge, the same as naturally occurs in the body, to the cells to assist them to return to a healthy functioning level.
