23-24 in the books! Many memories made! Seniors are moving on but will never be forgotten!

Those who know....know!

Its a very very sad day! After 24 years of providing a safe and fun environment to learn the sport of wrestling we are being forced to shut down a club that has served over 1500 youth wrestlers.

Our club gave families a different type of choice where competition was not the priority, where spending weekends chasing medals was not in the discussion.

Instead we focused on making kids better athletes thru the greatness of our sport, our kids learned how to be tougher organically thru competition in the room.

People will be disappointed to hear this, and they should be! Never stop fighting for our kids! Put heat, light, and visibility on those "takers" in sports! This will continue until the selfish people are the silent minority instead of the loud minority with a hecklers veto.

Wrestling is the greatest sport on this rock! Keep at it, spread the KFB mindset as you find another club to attend.

Dawgs season came to an end last night. We are blessed with amazing families, great kids, and excellent Practice facilities!
The kids who want to wrestle year round we encourage to go to Silver State Wrestling Academy across the street.
The kids who go off to other sports we hope you dominate and when people ask why your kid is so tough and good tell them "he wrestles" ...recruit great kids to wrestling!

SSWA welcomes NCAA finalist, World Cup team member, & Nevada native Chase Pami to Northern Nevada to give back to the wrestling community!

Coach Joey had the pleasure of learning from Coach Pami at the Pennsylvania Regional Training Center Wrestling during his collegiate career and we can’t be more excited to learn from him again before Nevada state.

We are so happy to have been a part of Joey Lavallee's journey! He is an inspiration to all of our young athletes and a source of pride for all of our alums! We will be cheering for him this week as he looks for a second world level gold medal 🥇

Practices will all be at Reno this week for Big Dawgs, our agreement with Silver State was for 2 months.

Tonight regular practice
Tuesday is
Thursday 5:30 at Reno
Monday 5:30 and 6:30 at Reno

We will finish our season after next Mondays practices

It's been an outstanding year for the Dawgs!

Super proud of the Dawgs who stepped up and competed at the Sierra Nevada Classic! JP with 2 wins, Javy with a win , and Luke with 2 wins

As we have said repeatedly, we love when kids compete but our goal is to make them good athlete who love the sport!

As these kids left the arena they were all smiles and got some big hugs from moms, Dads, grandparents and coaches!!!!

I asked for some hand me down wrestling shoes for our youth program…someone (anonymous) shipped 4 brand new pairs to my house….who ever this wrestling angel is we sure appreciate it! ….the intent was to get a bunch of used pairs…(we will still take those) The wrestling community is the best of the best!

Amazing showing for the first Dawgs practice …we only have room for 2-3 more big Dawgs and 5-6 more Lil Dawgs….Get signed up ASAP …we have never had to cap it, but it looks like there is a first for everything
