Happy Sunday. What are you doing on this perfect day? I taught my Sunday morning class and have a day full of hanging with friends! ❤️

Hey local yogis... join me on Sunday at 8:00 a.m. for yoga in the park (unless it's raining). It's a great way to start the day!
We meet in Reston at the Temporary Rd pavilion (corner of North Shore and Temporary Rd).
