Stay tuned! The next few weeks we are going to dive deep into the importance of nutrition.
We will have some challenges, to be sure to stay tuned. We will post the challenges in both our stories and in posts. The challenges will consist of posting a picture of you, doing something (ex. Drinking the correct amount of water for you), tagging us and tagging a friend to join you in the challenge. Each challenge a winner will be picked at random to win a prize. (Ex. 1 free mindset session with coach Cole, a Tru U T-shirt, a gift card, other Tru U merch.
So be sure to watch out for our challenges and join in.
