REMINDER!!!

There will he No Judo Classes held today (Saturday May 2nd), due to both coaches compeating at the IBJJF tournament.

The 10am Adult No-Gi class & 11am Open Mat WILL STILL TAKE PLACE as normal.

11 AM CLASS UPDATE (April 29):

I just received word 30 seconds ago that the instructor we had scheduled for the 11 AM class is needing to take his child to the emergency room. 🙏🏾

That said, he will not be able to cover class today.

I apologize for the short notice, but again this was the last second emergency that just arose, and there was no other coach that could step in for the 11 AM class!



Sunday’s competition training session included targeted rounds, with a focus on ‘CREATING URGENCY’.

Whether competing at the Arnold’s on March 7/8 or the IBJJF Columbus on May 2/3…. The crew from OCSA will be ready for the challenge!

Sorry for the late notice… However, there will be no Legion training session or open mat today (February 1)!

CLASS UPDATE:

While some of the main roads have been made “passable”, there are still many side roads in the areas leading into our school that have not been cleared and would be difficult for many of our members to attend class this evening.… this also includes many cars still being blocked in by snow plows…

With that said, evening classes for Tuesday, January 27 will be CANCELED.

However, we will 100% be reopening for all classes starting Wednesday, January 28.

CLASS UPDATE: Monday Jan 26 (PM classes)

All evening classes will be canceled for today (Monday, January 26).

As for classes on Tuesday, January 27:
Please keep your eye on the page, as an update for will be made by 3 PM on Tuesday.

New Year’s Eve Open mat today at 11am.

No evening classes today or Thursday.

Coach Levi is not feeling well, so the KICKBOXING class be canceled this evening (Monday Dec. 29th).

Both the 530pm & 630pm BJJ classes will still be held as normal.
