It snowed a lot this week in central Ohio, but that’s not going to hold us back from meeting for a Christ-centeted yoga practice.

🙏🏼 Our only shift… We will practice in The Bridge room tonight.

🥶 It’s cold! Wear layers. Wear the leg warmers and the wrist warmers. Bring a blanket (I’ll bring mine in to share from the car too).

🚖 FYI: I have not verified the yellow yoga beetle will start in this cold. If you see a red VW Jetta instead of the yellow VW bug, then please come in!
