Girl Scouts Reynoldsburg Troop 1931

Our Story

1931 TROOP INFORMATION:

1) We are a few friends who really wanted to be girl scouts. We are Juniors in Fourth and Fifth grade, and attend Reynoldburg, Licking, Pickerington District and Private Schools. But we will accept anyone that want to camp and hike and have fun.
2) Meetings:
a. We currently meet Second, Third and Fourth Tuesday’s of the Month (This may change as needed throughout the year)
b. We meet at Livingston High School - Cafeteria 6:30-8:00 (This may change as needed throughout the year) unless otherwise indicated for special meetings.
c. We do things all year long but don’t meet regularly during the Summer months
d. We are girls that are into the “Outing” of Scouting, we do some tent camping, visit the BB/Archery range and go hiking including night hikes.
3) We are not a free babysitting, all parent help in some way or other. ie…If they cannot stay for the regular meetings they can help chaperone one of the weekend activities or special meeting or help with cookie booth sales or help out on the committee. Parents also take turns helping with supplies, transport, etc. We have four registered leaders and still accepting girls and leaders to join us.

5) We are willing to have other troops of our rank as well as troops of other ranks join us in some of the fun things we planning for the upcoming school year. Ie… camping, BB/Archery range, hikes. Girls learn more and get more from helping others out and see what they are working towards.
