Due to construction currently taking place inside the gym, all workouts today, September 22nd, will be held outdoors. 💪🏾☀️

Classes are still on we’re just taking the grind outside! 🔥🥊 Please come prepared for an outdoor workout.

🇵🇭🥊 THE FUTURE IS COMING! MEET BENZO! ⚙️🔥

The youngest member of the GRIND TEAM, NSG Boxing’s official competition team, is getting ready to step into the ring!

Our Filipino warrior BENZO turns 8 years old next month, officially making him eligible to begin competing and we couldn’t be more excited for what’s ahead! 💪🏽🏆⚙️

He’s been in the gym putting in the work, learning, growing, and getting sharper every day. Now the countdown is ON as Benzo prepares to make his amateur boxing debut this year!

The NSG Grind Team is joining Mothers Against Drunk Driving (MADD) for the 2026 MADD Inland Empire 5K, and we’re inviting our entire community to join us!

You DO NOT have to be a member of NSG, a boxer, a runner, or even an athlete. Walk, run, bring the family, bring your friends, bring your coworkers just come move with us for a cause that saves lives.
