Meet our October Member of the Month-Lauren Nessler🤸♀️
Lauren has been a Wellness Zone member since March 2021. She has continued to stay motivated with her wellness goals by incorporating a variety of strength, cardio, and active rest days each week. Lauren has found that it's easier to stay motivated when she follows along with a workout either on the Wellness Zone page, YouTube, or the Wellbeats app.
When it comes to adjusting her workout routine, Lauren started personal training with Kaylie in March. It's really helped her focus on how everything in the body connects as well as the importance of foam rolling and maintaining good form. While working from home she's also rediscovered her love for walking!

- Complete workouts on your own schedule.
- Receive recommended training plans, tips, support, and motivation from Wellness Zone personal trainers
- Participate in 3 group info sessions on Microsoft Teams: 1) running injury free 2) mobility for runners 3) strength training for runners (these sessions will be live & recorded)
- Option to enroll in personal, buddy, or small group training at a fee for individualized strength and mobility work to complement your walk-run training program.

Meet our August Member of the Month-Lori Selman🌷
Lori has been a Wellness Zone member since 2008. She has continued to stay motivated with her wellness goals by adding the Office Break Stretch/Strength sessions and the Wellness Zone Facebook live classes to her calendar to remind her to move.
When it comes to adjusting her workout routine, Lori walks everyday and participates in the monthly step challenges offered by the Natural Employee Wellness FIN.
In our monthly newsletter, Lori mentioned that she's grateful to have access to the online classes and to have such a great Wellness Zone team. She’s also looking forward to when we can have in-person classes again at the Wellness Zone.
