🌻This season has brought us so much joy!

Sharing space to rekindle the connection to self, or practicing further self-attunement in our own journey of self-growth!

I've been grateful to each of you that have participated in our spring and summer events so far. I'm delighted to be continuing these outdoor practices as we continue to settle into the summer season, especially as the temperatures start to RISE a little more!

That's what it's all about. . . rooting to RISE! Yoga reminds us that, like any tool we incorporate into our journey of growth, it's important to listen to what we need to live authentically.

We're settling into this morning with the intention of honoring where we've experienced growth this season.

In our practice, as we honor tree pose (Vrksasana), we'll practice centering ourselves around expansion and self-growth. In sanskrit, the term Abhivridhi refers to upward growth and prosperity!

Thinking of any seeds you've planted this year 🌱, let's create a space where we can celebrate expansion. . . using the yin part of our practice to settle into the earth, like the roots of a tree expanding and creating room for more growth!🌳
