Sharing tools for burnout recovery at the 2026 Harmony In Motion Women’s Wellness Retreat was an absolute privilege. Huge love and appreciation to the incredible women who trusted us and brought their whole hearts to the mountain this weekend. You are the reason this space is so magical!

✨ What’s next? The wheels are already turning for next year! We’ve officially booked the dates for our 2027 Retreat, and we are shifting our focus to deeply support you through perimenopause & menopause.

✨ 2026 Women's Wellness Retreat Wrap-up! ✨

One of the main focuses of our burnout retreat was nature immersion, and what better place to do it than in gorgeous Leavenworth? 🌿

Stepping away from the busyness of everyday life and spending intentional time in nature gives our minds and bodies the chance to slow down, reset, and heal.

Sometimes healing doesn't happen by doing more—it begins by simply being present, breathing deeply, and reconnecting with the natural world. 💚

We are so grateful we were able to create this space for women to rest, reconnect, and remember that nature is one of our greatest healers.

This year has been full of change behind the scenes at Phoenix Feather Coaching—quiet, intentional, and honestly… not always easy.

Life can change in a blink of an eye and these transitions have a way of showing us where our foundations aren’t as steady as we thought. This year has been about adjusting to unexpected changes, and it’s pushed me to reevaluate what really matters, personally and professionally.

With Phoenix Feather, I have had to redefine how I coach and the kind of support I want to give the people who come to me feeling overwhelmed, burnt out, or unsure or where to start.
