Today, i got texted early this morning from my client, friend, brother, and pastor , saying he was 215 lbs. Did you hear me 215 lbs he has been working hard with me and for himself since I started training!

He was working out before he hired me, and I knew it. He told me he wanted and needed a trainer to kick up his fitness journey! He has been dedicated to this journey! He understood that this is a life long journey to be in better shape for living a long productive life.
