Today, my friend Delegate Lamont Bagby suspended his campaign for Congress in Virginia’s 4th District and is endorsing Senator Jennifer McClellan.

4th District Voters, did you vote for our Late Great Congressman Donald McEachin? If you did, then you can now vote for Senator Jennifer McClellan to be the Democratic Nominee to fill his Congressional seat. I am asking you to vote for Jennifer McClellan to be our democratic nominee in this special election.

It's less than a week away so make sure you put it on your schedule to vote in-person. You can vote at one of these 5 locations THIS Tuesday, December 20th from 6am-7pm. Save this image to your phone and decide which location you will go to, to place your vote.

As usual, we expect there to be a lot of JumPers on the Giving Tree this year, so get your application in. Applications are open from Oct 4-22, the deadline will NOT be extended. When completing the application, know that the following information will be available to the public: First name/Last initial, Age, Gender, Medical Diagnosis, About Me & Gift Card Options. Make sure everything is spelled correctly and your answer is clear and easy to understand.

Chesterfield mom pushes for police Autism training to protect son, others JP’s Law allows a specific code on a Virginia ID or driver’s license to alert police officers that the cardholder has Autism or an intellectual disability.

Thanks Shelby Brown - WTVR CBS 6 for a FANTASTIC SEGMENT on JPs Law/SB367 and our continued push to make it a National Law. Law Enforcement needs JPs Law training to be mandatory.

Enjoy this news coverage and help us with the push to bring more awareness to this proactive law for those with Autism and Intellectual Disabilities. 6yrs after this Law was passed, and after DC adopted it in 2019, we are still dealing with unlawful killing of blacks by people who claim to be police officers.

Let's push this legislation to the next level and to other states. Let's do it in honor of our loved ones, not in memory of them.
